well, the "contract" is finally in action. Yup, it can be a pain in the arse at times. How I survived is working only on weekends 12 hour shifts on nites friday saturday and sundays for 5 years I worked EVERY weekend, EVERY holiday, and never took a vacation. How I utilized my "5 year contract/sentence" I enrolled in college. At the end of my sucessful completion of contract/sentence, the following educational credentials completed during that time span, certified corrections nurse, paralegal,notory, legal nurse consultant, AAS in criminal justice technology and a new career in the judicial system utilizing my credentials. Upon completion of sentence recepit of completion letter I was then totally free from the disenfranchisement tacticts so imposed by the healthcare system on participant nurses. I encourage any soul embarking on such adventire of a %year contract sentence to gain new marketable skills, enhance ones knowledge base to overcome the disenfranchisement, oppresion, negative attitude, and must one not forget the experience of "customer service " that is of a questionable standard that is provided at the lab collection sites. Hmmmm...I HAVE CAME A LONG F"N WAY YOU CAN TOO!!!! WE ALL CAN!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE UP ANYTHING TO THE "POWERS" JUST "WORK IT" SO IT WILL NOT WORK YOU!!!!!!
