tlc I think, if possible, it is a good idea to consult with a nurse license defense attorney before these charges go to court. That was my big mistake. A criminal lawyer really doesn't understand the repercussions. after you go through the criminal stuff you will be dealing with the board, and I found that my dui attorney harmed me rather than helped me when it came to nsg lic. issues. I know its tough-- what you are going through right now.
