Hi, The BON is already aware of my arrests. I told them when I renewed my license. I need to contact my CM and find out from her if since the monitoring I'm undergoing now is for arrests that may possibly turn into conviction, that they are for the same infractions, if I may be into more probation, problems with the BON etc.

My lawyer is very good. I'm at the mercy of the prosecuter no matter who defends me. He knows these guys. It's looking like he will be able to work it out so I don't have felonies, but the loss of a drivers license for a few years is going to be the tough one.
