 The State Board of Nursing HAS to report to and be responsible to SOMEONE. Their salaries are paid for by the State.....

I asked the question earlier because I believe a certain State BON is being unconstitutional in it's laws regarding licensure.

I think I have to file a compliant with my congressman or Senator...not sure
