i'm back. i got another job working on my uncle's x-mas tree farm. and i've hardly had time to work on writing.

meat-chops

thrown in the pan to broil
in this town you boil
existence is lost
all your life you're being tossed

chopped-up and thrown away
like the people in clay
people without existence
people without resistence

left to rot like the others
daughters living through their mothers
one face like the next
mind and body, neither pointing west

thrown out like yesterdays trash
everybody living on their own stash
cast out away from us
the wounds are burning with puss

meat chops
everyone's cornered, even the cops
i'm leaving this place
while the verdict has been dropped on this case

meat chops
i'm pulling out all of my stops
i'm out of here
so that you can stay there
