I've neglected mine too long and I'm not very good at it even though I have a lot of info. It all came from kind souls who were willing to share. Can't afford Ancestry.com's exhorbitant rates. But I love the fascinating people you 'meet', lurking in the shadows of your family tree.

Jay would love to have a cat or two, but can't bear the thought of going off and leaving a pet for extended periods. (If he had his druthers, he'd have a house full of calico cats!)
If you ever want me to look up something on Ancestry for you, just let me know. My DH got me a subscription as sort a perpetual birthday gift one year. The "world" thing doesn't have as much info as I'd like, but it's there if I need it! I have found some old baptismal records from Germany and England with it, so it's not all bad. *G*
