Oh, holy cow, I FINISHED IT!!!!

This isn't like the time I thought I was done, only to read it over, and decide I didn't like it.

No, this time I LOVE it! I've finished my first novel!!

Oh, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!! If I hadn't found this place, and connected with all of you, I would never have done it, ever. I owe it all to every one of you, and I love you like you wouldn't believe!!!

Of course, it has forty-four chapters, and 160,301 words, which means 60,301 words are going to have to be cut, but I'll deal with that later.

I can't believe it.

I don't know if I'll be able to slice out over 60,000 words without chopping it up too much, but most agents won't even consider a book over 100,000 words. I know I can hone some things, make it more concise, and eliminate a large number of words, but it's still going to be long. I'm definitely going to submit to DG's agents! *G*

Thank you Debi, for cheerleading, and for encouragement, and invaluable suggestions, and for offering to off anyone who wants to cut my book. *G* I truly, truly could not have finished without it!
