I like how you let them get comfortable with each other in the car during the ride, how Jay served her cottage pie (I never knew the difference before BTW, now I have a new wrinkle in my brain!). The internal comment about being able to remove boots and not remaining alluring made me laugh. I like this slow progression, the meal, the music, the building-up of tension and anticipation, all great stuff...

Glad you got a laugh out of the boots! *G* I was very inspired by that picture of Jimmy the quote you found that said a good sex scene makes the reader want to have sex, and I couldn't see removing those boots adding anything to that feeling. So I had her yank them off while he was out of the room, and couldn't see the wrestling match. *G*
I hope to have the actual event completely written soon, and will post. I hope it makes everyone want to grab their significant other, and throw down!
