Note: Reed and a friend were arrested at Jackson Days in Springfield in early April by Democratic Leaders supporting Holden and Presidential Candidate Gephardt. We were according to the News-Leader handing out leaflets that said "Draft Claire"---we have a very good attorney and our case is pending.

Claire McCaskill inspires people

It is time for a Change of the Guard in Missouri.

Claire McCaskill knows the statewide issues and she inspires people to do good things.

As a civic activist I mailed campaign committee papers to the Missouri Ethics Commission on Feb. 7 to form Citizens Supporting McCaskill for Governor.

I have seen her speak at Jackson Days in Springfield and she really inspires people. As State Auditor she is a real watchdog of the government for the people.

Missouri has lost more jobs in the last few years than any state in the nation. We need a new "economic team" and administration. McCaskill will work to bring more jobs and business to the state including higher paying jobs in union labor and high-tech areas and a possible technology park in southwest Missouri.

We must grow our economy to solve state budget problems and build a better Missouri for the citizens.

The knowledge of statewide issues, economic growth, the desire to lead, people skills, and her inspiration will propel Claire McCaskill to the Governor's office.

Dear Friends: Claire McCaskill is the only hope out there to Beat Matt Blunt.

We are writing to help work with you, your committee, and supporters! We want to help Claire and help people all across Missouri who want a new Governor. More and more people are realizing that. We must spread the gospel!

We are working on setting dates for Fund Raisers in the southwest Missouri area. Please let us know if you or others you know in the area would want to help. One of our supporters, Jeffrey Kenkel, offers to cater from 20 to 2,000 people. He declares “I will serve the best barbecue there is!”

We are looking at dates for the fundraisers. If you want to come to the first one let us know and we will let you know when the date is set! Please respond as soon as possible cost is $20.00. PLEASE let us know of people in our area that of people in the area who may help! Specifically what were asking you to do is: 1. Send Contributions 2. Sign up to help with fundraisers and give us names of people you know who might help set them up.
