I dropped off my dd, picked her up, wrote the check for what she said I owed, and never bitched about anything..well okay once about when I bought a season pass for my dd at the pool because the dcp said she was going to be taking them to the pool regularly then didn't...and she paid me back for that.

It's your business...if a mom doesn't like it, she can find another provider that better suits her needs.
