She would do it just to hurt my BIL. She is really quite a despicable person. She gave her first born to his father and then they have a younger brother that she gave away and supposedly she is pregnant again. But she could just be saying it to get attention she is that kind of person.

He asked the FIA(Family independence office) about keeping them and since they are off the reservation being granted imunity and they told him that they would have to uphold the tribal courts ruling.

As far as him not being contacted I don't know why and that never seemed right to begin with. He has been accused of abandoning them though when he went to join the army. But if anything it would be his ex making the accusations.
