Subject: Reaching for the stars here....but here's hoping (m)

Some sort of debate or something just HAS got to get started. So here goes nothing (hey...if YOU have a better idea...post it..;o)

When I used to work in the actual office, if an employer had a problem with an employee...instead of addressing them directly, they used to send memo (after memo) to address the entire staff. This would happen for the same problem with the same person at least three times before they would even consider confronting the guilty party directly.

Do you think it is more beneficial to address the guilty party directly....or to send out those friendly reminders that usually end up ticking someone off...because they *know* who is guilty...

(like I said...I am reaching here...)
