Okay...I haven't wanted to ask this for fear of looking like an idiot.

I don't think I've ever seen 'real' EWCM. At least if I have, I don't think I've realized that is what it is.

The only time I see it is the day after bding. And granted, it could still be real since we have timed our bding to around O. (we have a fertility monitor) but I don't see a lot of it and usually is the day after we bd. And it's usually tinted a little yellow...very slightly and thick. So could it be "junk" from the night before or is this really EWCM? I'm thinking the cm that I call watery could be more like EWCM and not realize it. It's more slippery...but I call that watery! OH I"M SO CONFUSED!

I know this sounds crazy, but I guess I don't know my body very well. I told you I had to work up the courage for this..
