Hey Jeri,
On the FF website (i think it was there) they suggest checking for cm after a bowel movement. i'm kinda wierd about 'internally checking' for cm, so they suggest that when you think you're getting close to "O" (based off of previos charting cycles) that it's easier to see ewcm following a bowel movement. they said that when you wipe, you should be able to see cm also on the toilet paper because having a bm also 'forces cm down' your vaginal track. ok,so i know this is gross, but it actually works! for me, i usually can see cm around the edges of all the brown stuff (good Lord,i'm sooo embarrassed)

ok, i think i'll sign off now, but think about it the next time you're doing the deed :o) hopefully you're not completly grossed out or offended by all of this!
