There is still something prestigious about buying a new Dune book...even if it sucks..You notice on every cover the title Dune covers almost a whole half of the book. I do think the books are good for information, even if I don't agree with that info. I like to know what everyone is talking about(praising or complaining). I just happen to be on the complaining side of things.

I think you're so tired of defending these books because there is SO much defending to do. You don't take Greg Ostertag, paint him black, and call him Duncan...instead you get Garnet. I guess the damage is already done with K.J.A. though.....
