I have to agree with most of the scenes posted so far. One that hasn't been posted yet which stands out in my mind is the scene in Heretics of Dune where Waff meets with the Honored Matre (p72 - 83). When I read the part where Waff kills the two Honored Matres, I imagine it to be Matrix style. I know that's sort of a cliche now, but it's the easiest way for me to describe it.
I also feel that this scene provides a lot of forshadowing for Dune 7. Especially the fact that the new Face Dancer was able to mimic one of the Honored Matres without the older one detecting it. It makes me wonder who else they are able to mimic without detection. And then, of course, that question is answered in the last chapter of Chapterhouse, which is another of my favorites. I like it because it's so loaded with information, but yet it leaves you wondering, "what the hell is going on?"
