It's really hard for me to remember all my favorite scenes, but I do remember a few things I really liked:

1) Paul defeating Feyd Rautha. I loved the action! This was the climax of book one and it's pretty cool.

2) Paul crossing swords with hayt/Duncan in Dune Messiah. Though this scene was not very big or noticeable in the book, I thought it would have been really cool to see two of Imperium's badasses fighting. I was disappointed that they didn't show it in the movie.

3. Duncan Idaho meeting his former "wife" in GEOD. I really felt the horror of Duncan when he realizes what the Tyrant has done to him by bringing him back so many times.

4. Dunacan using his Honored Matre skills against Murbella...now that's a wild couple.

5. Miles seeing the no-ships in Chapterhouse. That was pretty cool.

It's been a long time since I read all the books, but hopefully I still remember which scenes go with which books.
