Is this a correct assessment?
In the prequels, which I know aren't considered canon by some, we know that Bene Gesserit's have varying degrees of Other Memory based on the sharing and so forth. The Kwisatz Mother for example was particularly strong and could remember almost everything. and the plans surrounding the Kwisatz haderach breeding program was not kept secret from her like it was in other sisters.

So to me it sounds like strength of other memory depends on the individual and their powers and acceptance of it in so forth. But you agree Paul had it?
