The systematic elimination of a group of people is a form of war that is so evil, so unthinkable the it deserves it's own name: Genocide. It is still war. If you commit an act of genocide, you commit an act of war. No group of people would allow themselves to be eliminated without a fight. Even if one side fights with rocks and the other nuclear weapons, it is still a war. All war is a process of elimination. Be it eliminating ideas, governments, competition, crime, drugs, or people. War is war by any other name.
