Genocide is always war. If you want to call it genocide, wich means race killing by the way, go ahead. The group that is destroying your people has already declared war on yours so it really doesn't matter what you would call it. All wars are systematic destruction of something. Genocide is just the name given to the form of war where a race of people are being destroyed. When you start systematicly killing a race of people, you are commiting acts of war.
Who cares if one of the scum throws a rock at you. That's no damn resistance! I just killed someones child, but hey, I got a machine gun and they don't. Can't call it war. nope. I sure don't see a war. Do you? Don't worry. These people will be gone before you know it. The stench is killing me anyways.
