Subject: Hardcover Dune books

I'm a bit of a book collector and I was wondering if there were any hardcover editions of Dune books 2-6 out there. I know the whole series was republished a couple years ago (and I bought them all) but only Dune was done in hardcover. I'd like to know if they exist before I start searching every used and rare bookstore I can find.
