Subject: not in any particular order but...

First I saw the David Lynch / Unversial Pictures twisted Dune.

At college I picked up God Emperor of Dune at a goodwill/united way sale.

then I found the rest of the books last year at a thrift shop.

I read Dune and finally understood what was run with Lynch's Dune.

My friend emailed me that Sci-Fi was doing Children of Dune and I decided to read Dune Messiah and Children.
I predicted that SCi-Fi would obviously screw CoD up like the Dune mini they did prior.

I continued reading the saga and finally found out what happened after GEoD. Bloody murder and hot staemy sex, and some lessons here and there.

Sci-Fi is doing a dis-service to Frank Herbert's very creative and hard work.

M.
