Frank was a great writer. He became enamored with the concept of other-memory in the later Dune books. Paul and Jessica had other memory, but it wasn't written into the story in as much vivid detail.
Paul's use of other-memory is what gave him the ability to be prescient and to be "many places at once."
How many instances are there that Jessica is shown to use her own other-memory?
