cassidy. i think the minsa guy was just talking about the music. literally. bootsie said that DSO plays shows note for note. the minsa guys says they don't. i thnk rob eaton alsop said the same thing. that's all. minsa guy sounds like an older head. i'm a youngun myself. but i'm pretty sure he was only trying to correct the note for note thing. kids will be kids though. my dad told me that every generation of dead head get's critisized by the prvious older generations. and he's been going to shows since the 70s. he said people used to harp on him because he didn't really know what the dead was about. they would say that it wasnt as pure as it was in the 60s and stuff. and then at a show during the 80s, he realised he was starting to harp on the younguns there. he soon realised his mistake and bit his toungue. so i can see where everyone's coming from. just wanted to try to clear that up. i'm actually trying to learn how to play like jerry and have been slowly trying to memorize guitar solos. that's why i 'm simpathizing with minsa a little.
