The dream start to the season of unbeaten glamour team the VVS Laxatives almost turned to a nightmare when a sever selection blunder saw Darren Jolly kick 8 goals 3 behinds in the Reserves whils the lesser accomplished Peter Street languished in the Seniors, battling to score 5 goals. Despite this The Laxatives got home against a serious underachieving Party Animals.

Questions must be asked. What drugs was the Nawhab of Carnegie on when he sat down to pick the team.

Questions are also being asked of Molly Gudinski and his inability to get the most out of a list that is clearly the most talented in the competition.

Meanwhile, the lads from Dark Park, slumped to their darkest hour. Failing to kick the ton whilst allowing the Optarse Piss Pots to cruise to an effortless 131 point victory. Speculation about the tenure of the General is believed to be premature at this stage.
