We have used the toy toss threat around here and it works great!!!! Your boys are a little older but even if it only works with T then at least that is one of them helping you - even if it is just to save his stuff. If L doesn't want to help out and you do end up taking games and he doesn't want to earn them back you could always sell them to one of those game stores or on Ebay and buy yourself something nice with the cash...lol I don't see anything wrong with making him pour his own cereal in the mornings or making his own sandwhich...he needs to learn independence. If not...you are going to be like Kathy Bates in Failure to Launch (which I STILL want to go see) and hiring some chick to "fall in love with him" to get him to move out...lol
