I'm bad. I don't bring in the mail every day. I had 3 days worth that I hauled in this morning. Here's what it included:

*ads for issues that were voted on earlier this week

*a $16 refund from Brighter Visions Learning. I fought with them for MONTHS...knowing I'd paid them. They sent it to collections. I paid just to get them to go away. Now they admit I never owed them this money! Wonder if they contacted the credit agencies to let them know it was THEIR mistake.

*a bill from the preschool program in our district...for $345...for daycare Teiguen received between June 4th and August 5th. HM...his last day was in May. Remember when I paid a bill I knew I didn't owe...just to get them to go away? By their own policy, he could not attend after May 25th. The kids who qualify for Kindergarten in the fall have to switch to the Kid's Safari program...which is daycare, not preschool. I wrote them a letter pointing all this out for them...and telling them I expect a refund for the last week of May since, according to their own records I paid for that week, and Teiguen's last day was during the previous week. We'll see if I get my $90 back!

*two threatening letters for my aunt, telling her that she's having court cases filed against her. One is from Spiegels. I have no idea who the other one is as it doesn't say. Whatever. I am writing them AGAIN. I've been calling and writing for 4 years now. Idiots. I don't know what it will take to get it through their heads that she doesn't have any money!!!!

All that joy...and an electric bill. UGH. I wish I could install a paper shredder in the mailbox. Nothing good ever comes to us that way!
