If a certain faction at school were allowed to decide, they wouldn't get any at all. As it is, they are forced to walk for the first 10 minutes of recess, then they are allowed 10 minutes in which they can participate in committee-approved activities.

Meaning they can't just play the way you describe. They aren't allowed to bring any toys from home and can only use the materials allowed in the way they are described in a list of approved activities.

HOT DAMN!!!! Does that just make you wanna run out and join in or what???? There is a huge faction at my school that I am convinced would be thrilled if we could drug them all into a silent stupor!!!!
