they're a big no-no because all they do is send the dust back into the air. I spray the Swifter with pledge and go for it. I do like it because when I'm done I can pop it into a grocery bag, tie it shut, and put it in the trash...and the dust is really gone.

We get dust here something fierce. I think having fields on two sides of us is a big part of it.

The Swifter also does a really great job of getting under and around stuff...like the sides of the tv.

The price on them wasn't too bad, either. About $1 a pad. If I dust once a week, that doesn't hurt too much, lol!
