Since then I've avoided the park for that reason. I was lucky that I had a friend who let us use her house...it was huge and clean, lol!

Sounds like the kids had fun anyway. I think it's more the concept than the event!

Hope you have fun with your company! I'm enjoying having nothing to do! Matter of fact, I think I'll go read for a bit. We'll need to go up to the nursing home later today, but for now I'm vegging!

The camera is a great gift idea. We're getting to that point with the age of our kids where it's going to get dicey. Maureen is buying her daughter a laptop computer for her 12th birthday. Geez, ya know, I'd love to do that, but there's no way I can afford to! I might steal your camera idea. Liam bought himself a disposable with some of the money I sent to camp for treats. He might like a camera!
