You know if soft teeth didn't run in our family I would skip the whole darn thing. As it is the kids and I have soft enamaled teeth with deep crevices that just get the little cavity buggers all excited so we are there faithfully every 6 stupid months!

Today was supposed to be appointments for 4 people and tomorrow for the other 2. Oh yes, I have to go back tomorrow. Tegan has 6 cavities since her last appointment 6 months ago plus a place on her front tooth where she got hit in the face and chipped the tooth up by the gum line and it will have to be fixed AND she is going to have to her 4 wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible because they are failing to errupt and are partially impacted. If we hurry they will not start to shift her teetha dn she won't need breces but we have to hurry.

Colin had no cavities and perfect teeth. He is so pleased with himself he is dancing around and bragging to everyone that will listen to him. It is totally funny.

Adric has one tiny pit, not even a cavity yet but we are going to fill it and then seal his tooth. It is a new tooth and once it is filled and sealed there will be no more problems.

Tegan's cavities are between the teeth where the sealant isn't. UGH!! SHe isn't a big sweets eater and brushes. I am just so tired of dental bills.

This is the best part, they refused to clean my teeth because I am pregnant. I made the appointment pregnant and everyone knew I was. Apparantly my insurance company doesn't want them to do it. They want more newer x-rays taken and they don't want to do that until after the baby is born. Without the x-rays they can't see what kind of cleaning I need because I am getting older I may need a deep cleaning with a periodontist. Are they kidding me!?!
What a crock. I just know if someone on the inside would talk I bet there is a lawsuit involved in there somewhere. If I waited until I wasn't pregnant to have my teeth cleaned they would have been cleaned very few times in the last 17 years!!! And honestly I was looking forward to it. I know it is ultra weird but I like having my teeth cleaned and I am pretty depressed about it. Oh well.

Robbie stayed home with Ian and Paul all day and on the bright side they were angels and behaved the whole time and he got a lot of reading done for his classes amd even managed to take one of the online tests while he was babysitting them.

Tomorrow I have to go back to the dentist and then schedule the other fillings and Tegan's surgery and my surgery. Wednesday I have a midwife appointment. ANd next week I have to take Ian and Paul to the children's specialist dentist to have Ian's new spacer built and Paul's cleaning and hardware check done for his crowns. Like I said we have a lot of dental problems around here.

I better head off and go do laundry so I have clothes to wear tomorrow to the dentist. I am down to 2 pairs of pants that I can wear and I wore one pair today! I refuse to buy any new maternity clothes in the next few weeks. Tlak to you guys later.

Christine
