I bought it before my sister got married, bound and determined to lose weight before the wedding. I rode it nightly...and at the end of 2 months I'd lost 15 lbs, but I also had nasty, nasty varicose veins on the sides of my thighs! Dieting has caused more damage to my body than being fat ever has! My suggestion is, make sure that after you ride, lay down with your legs elevated for a bit to help prevent this problem!
