And we usually take our own pillows. It SO grosses me out that bedspreads and pillows don't have to be washed between customers. I wouldn't ask a guest in my home to use a "used" pillow or blanket...and I'm not charging them $70 a night!

I understand that washing shortens the life, but come on, at $70 a night they can't afford to replace $30 bedspreads every 6 months???

I also check under the bed and in drawers as soon as we check in...and demand the room be recleaned if I find anything. Seriously! I stayed in a hotel room once where there were beer cans under the bed. UGH!

I just hate staying in hotels at all. If I were a rock star I'd have to buy one of those self-inflating beds and require an empty room. I would not sleep in someone else's bed regularly!

You'd think I was a clean freak. I'm not, but I just don't want to live in someone else's dirt, lol!
