收到某大銀行一封來信，謂其「流動理財服務」將於四月一日停止服務；唯顧客仍可繼續使用「電話理財」及「網上理財」云云。
「流動理財服務」，即是使用手機來進行銀行交易，本來是十分方便的一件事。這種服務早於五、六年前（甚或更久）已開始出現，我幾乎是一出就捧場的；只須轉用一張支援「流動理財」的Sim卡即可使用，毋須申請，費用全免，只會收取發出理財指令時的短訊費用。
早年我也寫過一篇專欄文章，說自己一邊搭車過海、一邊用手機理財，即是等於身在海底，卻有如身在銀行一樣，感覺十分神奇！
然而在今時今日，釵h人就連「網上理財」都仍然接受不了，覺得「唔穩陣、信唔過」，可想而知「流動理財」又怎會普及呢？一旦不能普及，用戶數量不足，自自然然就成為銀行的一大包袱，進而在「節流」政策下首當其衝地被「終止」了。
對於我來說，銀行這個決定可以理解，卻令人十分無奈。如此方便的服務既已慣用了多年，突然間冇得用就會感到極之「唔聚財」吧！
相較之下，「電話理財」要一邊聽話音指示一邊按掣，是十分「煩」的──光是想起那把機械化的女聲，就已覺得煩死了！
