前陣子看電視劇《楚漢風流》，一幕趙高「指鹿為馬」看得我嘖嘖稱奇；明明是一隻鹿，真的可以「變」為馬麼？
想不到，「指鹿為馬」絕對不是做戲咁做，而且更在歷史上不斷重演。最近就發生了一件事，令我覺得十分「指鹿為馬」了！
請先看看以下句子：「公司已正式決定，終止與閣下的僱傭合約！」如果你老闆如此對你說，相信你也十分清楚自己已被「炒魷」了吧！也釦A即時想到的問題只會是：是否明天就即時不用上班？是否會補回一個月代通知金？──被炒的事實，其實已不容置疑了。
可是，有個「傻佬」居然問老闆：「終止合約？咁即係點？終止合約唔同廢除合約喎！我仲係咪公司員工呀？我明天係咪如常返工呀？」老闆肯定會被激死！
現實中未必有這種「傻佬」，但現實中有很多人會詐傻。明明高調宣布並簽署「終止」一個委員會的運作，居然可以繼續宣稱沒有「廢除」那個會，一切現狀沒有改變云云。這不是現代版「指鹿為馬」麼？
如果「終止」不等同「廢除」，那麼「停刊」的雜誌也並不等同「執笠」，「停業」的店子不等同「倒閉」，「不治」的人也自然不等同「死亡」了。
