多得幾年前電視台狂播「外星人解剖片段」，令到「羅茲威爾事件」由一個UFO小圈子內的傳聞成為人所皆知的世紀謎團。
最近在UFO小圈子內，又有一個新傳聞被炒得火熱，可以說是「羅茲威爾續集」，名為Serpo Project（姑且譯為「沙普計劃」）。
話說在「羅茲威爾事件」中，其實有兩艘飛碟墜毀於美國新墨西哥州，當中有一名外星人生還者，乃來自Zeta-Reticuli星系（有譯做「齊塔網狀星系」），自稱為Ebens族。
在美國政府的嚴密監管下，外星人與其家鄉Serpo行星取得聯繫。自此，美國開始秘密與Serpo星交流，雙方並同意進行一項交換計劃，把十二名地球人送到Serpo星從事研究！
於是在一九六五年，十男二女（有說是十二男）的美國軍人，當中包括醫生、語言學家、物理學家等專門人員，乘上了Ebens的太空船，直驅四十八光年外的Serpo星。旅程花了九個月，原定計劃他們會在異星逗留十年。
但事情有變，結果於一九七八年，只得八名人員返回地球，有兩名客死異鄉，另兩名則選擇留在Serpo星。
聽落係咪好似史蒂芬史匹堡的《第三類接觸》？正是，據說史匹堡就是得到軍方內幕資料，拍出類似的故事！
