去年年底，有個研究報告指出，本港因為經濟環境改善，就業情況理想，故預計今年農曆新年後，會出現近年罕見的大規模「轉工潮」。
點解要等農曆新年後？因為釵h公司都是在過年前出花紅。是故打算轉工的人，必定要等拿完花紅後，才會提出辭職吧！
好了，現在已到了三月中，到底所謂的「轉工潮」，有沒有出現呢？我可以告訴你，是有的。
就以在下服務的公司部門為例，全職人員約五十五人，由過年至今大約兩個月，已有四人辭職，一人申請轉職，一人被免職，合共六人，即離職者超過百分之十。
四個辭職的人當中，一人決定幹回老本行（電影業），兩人想轉換工作性質，另一人則覺得自己發揮不足另謀出路。而申請調職的那位，也是想嘗試不同性質的工作，見公司其他部們有空缺，便申請內部轉職。
這個「轉工潮」，說大不大，說小也不小，但似乎沒有研究報告講得咁恐怖。總體來說，大家有轉工的機會，絕對是一件好事吧！反而作為僱主的，就要好好想想如何挽留人才了。
其實，今年在辦公室內，不單止出現了「轉工潮」，還有另一個「潮」，就是「大肚潮」！閣下的Office內，一定有至少一個大肚婆！
