大家去街市買菜，就一定會講價啦！就算講價對象係手持豬肉刀、一臉兇相的肉檔老闆，都未驚過，因為講價是天經地義的嘛！對方肯定不會講講下「發爛渣」，一刀劈過來吧。
但是，在深圳被擄劫的T君，居然夠膽與綁匪講價；對方已經肯把贖金從四十萬減到二十萬，然T君仍不肯罷休：「再減啲啦！」嘩！真係膽生毛乎？對方手中雖然無刀，但分分鐘會沉不住氣動粗喎！
誰不知，講了一輪，「組長」竟然真的讓步：「好啦好啦，上面要我二十萬先交差，之前碌你啲卡都有三幾萬，咁你俾到十五萬我，我都可以過到上面的；就十五萬啦！」
據事後T君解釋，因他從觀察所得以及綁匪口中，大約已了解他們整個運作所需的成本，猜到對方的「底線價」。同時，他這個案件時間上已拖得太久，對綁匪十分不利，故他亦猜到對方想快些收錢了事。
價錢談妥，於是在「組長」的指示下，T君得以致電在港的朋友L小姐，然而講話內容必須跟足指示，一句不能多：「我在廣州遇到點麻煩，涉及了一宗交通意外；請你盡快入十五萬元到以下這個戶口……」
T君於周日下午被綁，致電L小姐時，已是周一早上……但危機仍未過去。（未完待續）
