壽司這種日本食品,向來十分受港人歡迎,於是壽司店在港亦愈開愈多。
然而,似乎港人對壽司的要求亦愈來愈高,已不再滿足於那幾家大集團、多分店的連鎖壽司店。反而一些獨立經營的特色壽司店,近年更被大眾受落。只要某店以誠意打造其壽司,以食品質素贏得顧客口碑,又新鮮又抵食夾大件,很快就會一傳十、十傳百,成為大排長龍的壽司店;若再加上傳媒的推介,它就會一躍成為城中名店!
話說,銅鑼灣區就有好幾家這類獨立壽司名店,你大概也曾聽過它們的名字,甚至也幫襯過。它們最初選在銅鑼灣開業,絕對是很正路的選擇。
最新的趨勢是,該幾家壽司店在銅鑼灣得到成奶妨寣A老闆們也酗葍砟F,於是各自謀求新發展,分別在其他區域開設分店。不約而同地,旺角區成為了大家的首選。一下子,銅鑼灣的幾家著名壽司店,都在旺角出現了。
這似乎對老闆們、對顧客們,都是一件好事。然而,當我發現其中一家的分店,不單止開在旺角,更開到將軍澳某商場去,我就開始擔心了。
如此下去,分店再開多幾家,它就變相成了另一家大集團了;到時,還能保持它一貫的水準和特色嗎?
