每年這個時候,大閘蟹都會成為新聞題材,可惜往往都是一些負面新聞。正所謂「人怕出名豬怕肥」,在二十年前當大閘蟹仍只是上海人圈子的專享美食時,哪有這麼多壞消息?
繼二○○二年香港傳媒曾報道過「毒蟹事件」後,今年台灣那邊又爆出「大閘蟹致癌疑雲」,當地衛生官員在一批大陸進口大閘蟹中,忽然驗出含有與癌症有關的抗生素硝基夫喃(Nitrofuran);其後,台灣當局宣布禁止旅客入境攜帶大閘蟹。
內地方面,一方面駁斥大閘蟹含致癌物超標的說法,一方面也全面暫停對台供蟹。於是乎,一場「兩岸大閘蟹戰」正式上演!
姑勿論大戰背後的真正原因和目的為何,受害的肯定是兩岸人民。台灣人民,無蟹可吃或要捱貴蟹,固然很慘;然最慘的是內地蟹農,負面消息不但影響到出口台灣,更令大閘蟹在全國各地的銷情受累,大閘蟹真的成了所謂「蟹貨」!
據報道指,台灣聲稱驗出有問題蟹的硝基夫喃濃度是4.7ppb;一個人每天吃十隻此濃度的蟹,要連續吃三百年才會致癌……我覺得,在我們日常的食物當中,肯定有釵h東西比這些蟹更加致癌啦!因此我絕對不會理會這些負面新聞,照吃可也!
