「油魚風波」在城中仍未平息。繼有大型超市把油魚誤當銀鱈魚售賣後,新聞又再爆出,另一集團的超市亦誤把油魚作為「白玉豚刺身」出售。
油魚這種不宜食用、甚至在某些國家禁售的魚類,在本港居然可以一變再變,以不同的「身分」打進市場;到底這些年來我們吃了多少油魚進肚?真的不可而知。
既然油魚可以「扮」銀鱈魚,我就開始懷疑:市面上流行的零食「鱈魚絲」,會否根本不是甚麼鱈魚而是油魚呢?日前我在超市購物時,專登找一包鱈魚絲來看看,只見包裝上的成分標籤,只說明含「魚肉」,卻沒有指是甚麼魚的肉。似乎我的擔心,並非多餘。
於是聯想起,有一款貓狗吃的零食,也是以肉乾包住鱈魚絲;到底那些鱈魚絲會否是油魚絲?貓狗又可否吃油魚?這種種問題,有關當局、傳媒都沒有提供過任何答案。
然後再想下去:小食檔的甚麼魚蛋、魚片、魚肉,會否統統都是油魚?當局有否檢驗過某某快孺悸熙蓮h包,看看那是甚麼魚的肉,而肯定不是油魚?
果真是陣陣「魚」雲、聞「油」色變!看來,這陣子只有吃「魷魚」,才可放心肯定不會吃錯油魚!
