最近接連試吃了兩家「人龍食店」，結果都證實了我向來的主張：有人龍的食店，不幫襯也罷！
所謂「人龍食店」，是指一家食店十分受歡迎，以致長期客滿，其門口永遠有一條排隊等候入座的人龍。這些食店也閉O被傳媒誇大渲染，也閉O真的價廉物美口口相傳，故吸引了一眾市民一家大細三五知己扶老攜幼地，不惜排他一個鐘頭隊也要入座吃到一頓方為心足。
然而，我見到人龍就頭痛，馬上敬而遠之，話之囮K費我都不會排隊。所以我與這些「人龍食店」一向絕緣。
在一次遇然的機會下，終於走進了某家「人龍食店」，是主力賣京滬麵點的。以往見它在旺角的分店人龍不絕，故一直興趣不大；這天與友人路經其九龍灣的分店，剛巧見它食客不多，就一頭「撞」了進去，姑且一試吧！
嘿！叫了幾碟上海冷盤，端上來時，發覺居然碟碟都是熱的！「冷」盤喎，唔使用微波爐「叮」熱先上桌吧！相反一碟甚麼炒飯，端上來卻完全不熱，吹脹。紅油抄手，完全不辣；酒釀丸子，酒釀少、丸子求其……不禁想：大家排隊為的就是這些劣質上海菜？（待續）
