話說自己用了多年 ICQ 後，忽覺用來用去都是那幾個朋友，其他人愈來愈少 Online 了。
後來我加入了一家跨國公司做事，要分別跟內地及台灣的同事有釵h聯繫，這才發現 ICQ 的「沒落」，與另一「即時訊息軟件」MSN 的崛起，不無關係。
據我了解，以往台灣人用 ICQ 的為數不少，但近年釵h都轉用了 MSN；皆因 MSN 由微軟開發，與視窗配合自然如魚得水，而且 MSN 又與免費電郵 Hotmail 掛勾，於是更吸引了不少 Hotmail 用戶使用。至於內地人，大部分只會用 QQ 而非 ICQ（注：QQ 是內地自行開發的「即時訊息軟件」），此外就是 MSN 了。
換言之，當時我既要與台灣人通訊，又要與內地人聯絡，於是就必須採用兩邊皆普及的 MSN 了！至今，我的 MSN 通訊錄上也有超過六十位朋友。
這天，與公司內另一部們的同事以 MSN 通話，對方忽道：「你有否使用 Yahoo Messenger 呀？我們整個部門都係用忐{！」天！於是，又半推半就地安裝了 Yahoo Messenger。從今開始，一開電腦就必須「一機三制」、三個 Messenger 同開，你話係咪「濫交」？（續完）
