「蘇丹紅」是甚麼？一種蘇丹出產的紅色花朵？一種著名紅酒？一位內地女歌唱家？
當然統統不是。如果閣下有讀報紙、有留意新聞，自然會知道「蘇丹紅」是甚麼，也不必在下仔細解說了。長話短說，「蘇丹紅」這種被禁止使用在調味料中的致癌物質，我最近吃了下肚！
話說我每次到上海，除了必定品嘗當地家鄉美食外，也總會找一壎h當地的 KFC 吃炸雞。理由？因為個人覺得，上海 KFC 的炸雞比香港甚至美國的都好吃，閉O因為用雞新鮮的緣故吧！不止我一個人如此想，釵h香港朋友吃過上海 KFC 後，都有同感。
兩周前，因事到上海短行數日。臨走的一天中午，不忘找了家 KFC 飽壑@頓，如常點了炸雞、雞卷北京風味（即「北京雞卷」，又話只得香港有售？）外，見有一款「新奧爾良烤雞翅」（即「燒雞翼」），名字頗特別，就即管買了兩客來試試。
味道還不錯，吃畢啟程回港，不在話下。到了前兩天，忽聽新聞報道說：「上海 KFC 承認，旗下曙U所提供兩款食品的調味料中，含有『蘇丹紅一號』，分別是『新奧爾良燒雞翼』和……」（……）
