「蘇丹紅」是甚麼?一種蘇丹出產的紅色花朵?一種著名紅酒?一位內地女歌唱家?
當然統統不是。如果閣下有讀報紙、有留意新聞,自然會知道「蘇丹紅」是甚麼,也不必在下仔細解說了。長話短說,「蘇丹紅」這種被禁止使用在調味料中的致癌物質,我最近吃了下肚!
話說我每次到上海,除了必定品嘗當地家鄉美食外,也總會找一壎h當地的 KFC 吃炸雞。理由?因為個人覺得,上海 KFC 的炸雞比香港甚至美國的都好吃,閉O因為用雞新鮮的緣故吧!不止我一個人如此想,釵h香港朋友吃過上海 KFC 後,都有同感。
兩周前,因事到上海短行數日。臨走的一天中午,不忘找了家 KFC 飽壑@頓,如常點了炸雞、雞卷北京風味(即「北京雞卷」,又話只得香港有售?)外,見有一款「新奧爾良烤雞翅」(即「燒雞翼」),名字頗特別,就即管買了兩客來試試。
味道還不錯,吃畢啟程回港,不在話下。到了前兩天,忽聽新聞報道說:「上海 KFC 承認,旗下曙U所提供兩款食品的調味料中,含有『蘇丹紅一號』,分別是『新奧爾良燒雞翼』和……」(……)
