罷買日貨……這件事，應該從何說起呢？
之前寫過，我最常買的日貨是玩具。其次，就應該算是電器產品了；這不單包括了那些高科技的數碼電器（如數碼相機、遊戲機等），更包括了每天都要使用的家庭電器（如電視機、雪櫃、冷氣機等等）。
說到家庭電器，約模數一數，家中的日貨便有：電視機兩部、冷氣機三部、雪櫃一部、錄影機一部、DVD 機一部、音響一套，還有微波爐、電飯煲等……佔了總數的九成。數碼電器則不必數了，百分百是日貨。這是現實，不必刻意隱瞞。
「愛國的話，就該用國貨」，這是小學生都明白的道理。可是，若要我買一部國產電視機，我是打死也不肯就範的。──喂，這已經不是愛不愛國的問題，而是愛不愛生命的問題！難道你不知道，香港之前頻頻發生的電視機起火事件，出事的盡都是國產機？
現實是，假設你需要買一部暖爐，你面前有一部一千元的國產機，另一部二千元的日本機；若基於安全考慮，相信你也會選擇日本機吧！
唉，我也想罷買日貨，出一口氣；可是，國貨啊，你能否爭氣些，讓大家可以用得安心些？
