最近不少朋友轉用3G電話，但都面對一個問題：找不到對象玩視像通話。
我也轉用了3G手機近四個月，到底打了幾多次視像電話？答案是：兩次。兩次都是打給同一個人，兩次都是為了試機。
話說，雖然現在已有幾家電訊公司推出3G服務，但都是各自為政、互不相通的。換言之，你使用A網絡的服務，暫時只能與A網絡的用戶使用視像對話，並不能以視像通話致電B網絡的用戶。
這種情況，在SMS（手機短訊）推出的早期也是一樣，用戶只能發短訊給同網絡的用戶。後來，幾家網絡公司「講掂數」了，就把平台開放，全部相通；發展到現在，則變成了「網內短訊免費，網外短訊收費」的情況。
細心想想，就算3G網絡全通了，台與台之間可以視像對話了，最大問題是：當我想致電一個人時，光憑電話號碼，我根本無法知道對方是否在使用3G網絡或手機！
大家都知道，9或6字頭的電話號碼，基本上都是手機號碼。這實在是一個很方便的制度，讓人一看就明，不必多問。假使，所有3G的手機都配上特別字頭的號碼，大家才會更易找到視像對話的對象吧！
