這陣子去到曙U飯店，點菜時，二話不說，一定要選雞。
點解？皆因禽流感山雨欲來，來勢洶洶；隨時有天大家一覺醒來，就會聽到新聞報道傳出壞消息：某地雞場證實有大批雞隻染上禽流感，於是本港宣布停止進口該地雞隻，從而雞隻供應大受影響，甚至更會重演「沒有雞吃的日子」。
既然分分鐘會冇雞吃，還不趁這陣子，食定多些雞？
走進了去慣的茶曙U，想也不想，幾乎就點了「海南雞飯嚏v。大大碟雞，有菜有湯有油飯，才不過三十來元。能在廿四小時營業的茶曙U享用如此美食，實在是香港人的幸福。
正要喊「海南雞飯」之時，忽見菜牌上的是日晚壑D「美式醬燒雞胸」，感覺新奇。明知所謂「美式醬燒」，一定是把雞胸燒到乾熷熷，然後淋上極濃味的醬汁，實在不會太入味；但當我想起隨時會極難吃到大大塊、啖啖肉的雞胸，就即時說服自己試一試。
果然難吃，不在話下。但比起「沒有雞吃的日子」，這一塊白色雞胸絕對是人間極品，鬼叫我係愛雞之人咩！
咬着咬着，不禁又想起那家炸雞快孺情F真係要把握機會，去幫襯多啲先得了！
