近年電視台的「綜合性節目」（或稱「綜藝節目」）有個大趨勢，就是「日本→台灣→香港→內地」，即是說台灣抄日本、香港抄台灣、內地抄香港。
最近看到有個日本綜藝節目，我卻認為香港電視台大可以直接抄過來，不必等台灣先抄了。節目名為《脫出貧窮大作戰》，正合香港人的心態也！
我看到的一集，講述一個三十多歲的中年阿銀，已婚一子一女，性格懶散率性，一時衝動之下用全副身家開麵店當老闆。結果因為經營不善，他又不曉煮靚麵，店子門堪羅雀，全家捱窮！
電視台為阿銀「診症」，找來了日本著名的飲食業天王為他救亡！天王到麵店一看，就知唔掂，叫阿銀執笠算了。但執笠，又點可以脫離貧窮呢？於是天王逼阿銀要自己想出一條血路，結論是：改賣炒麵！
之後，開始大作戰：阿銀接受天王的地獄式訓練，學煮一道天下第一的炒麵，屢敗屢試，不在話下。到最後學師成央A店子重開，生意額狂升！
睇一集此節目，又有趣，又有知識性（煮麵、開店技巧），又有劇情；雖然多多少少有點造馬成份，但總過下下都「獎門人」吖！
