做雜誌這一行，未到聖誕節，我們就提早過聖誕節。
十一月底，各大小商場及街道上、建築物上的節日燈飾都已燃起；對外地人來說，也雪|覺得頗早。但其實，在十一月底，記者編輯們早已一枱都是聖誕材料，而通常在十二月的第一周，聖誕資訊就紛紛出街了！
執筆之時，我們就正準備着周刊的「聖誕特輯」，將在下周推出。整個特輯由頭到尾，都是聖誕、聖誕、聖誕！飲食版，講城中聖誕大擎踸鵅B最正聖誕到會食品推介、DIY 聖誕食譜、聖誕樹模樣的日式果子；時裝美容版，講聖誕派對服裝、聖誕閃粉妝、各大品牌最新聖誕化妝品；旅遊版，講全球過聖誕最佳去處、聖誕旅遊 Package 推介；文化版，自然是聖誕必然節目《胡桃夾子》的介紹；就連寵物版，都是聖誕──聖誕貓狗奇趣裝扮！
換言之，在大家仍然未進入聖誕狀態、未投入聖誕氣氛時，我們這班雜誌人，已然在過聖誕節了！
真的去吃聖誕大嚏B去聖誕旅行？唉，冇我哋份。皆因節日真的來臨時，我們沒有假放，如常上班，且正在籌備新年、農曆新年的內容。此之謂「紙上過聖誕」也。
