一位任職銀行高層的朋友,結婚經年一直租屋住,最近終於入市買樓。問他買了那堙A他笑答曰:「咪你最驚住禷W級高樓大廈囉!」
追問之下,原來他買了某著名樓盤的六十八樓單位──本來選五十二樓的,但他謂由於「五二」有「唔易」之意,不吉利也,所以寧選更高的六十八樓。我一聽為之咋舌!
其妻問,到底住咁高有乜唔好。我從科學的角度為她分析:「住在六十幾樓,其實等同住在一座山上,該處的氣壓、氣溫以至磁場等環境因素,都與地面差異甚大。
「古時住在山上的人,耐唔耐先下山一次,而每次上山下山都是徒步而行的,行足大半日,身體會慢慢去適應環境的轉變。而家你以高速電梯,幾十秒就上了『高山』,幾十秒又『跌落』平地,日日如是,點都都身體有不良影響。」她聽後,點頭稱是。
我反問朋友對樓市回升的看法。他卻搖頭道:「始終大家的薪酬並沒有重拾升軌,絕不能看好。一旦美國加息,香港照跟,那就有很大壓力了!」
說的也是。如果不是他貴為銀行高層,可以享有二厘的特別低息住屋貸款,那他也未必會在此時入市呢。
